My son loves this place and enjoys his haircut a lot!
Had to wait an hour because I did not make an appointment. They did not tell me how long I had to wait. When I finally got into the chair, another customer came in. He took 10 minutes us to cut my hair
Waited until 10:15 for them to open while one of the staff was having a 'heated' phone conversation outside. Eventually decided to go elsewhere.
I had such a great first time having my hair cut here at Upper Kutz! Sam was such an expert when it came to handling my hair, even checking what type of hair I had and adjusting his technique to make sure I had the best cut. 11/10 for staff, price and overall feel of the place! Well deserved of their good reviews, definitely will come back as a regular here.
