This dealership tried to scam me with an extreme lowball offer for my trade in. A less informed potential customer could quite easily have given away their car for ~25% of it's market value. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
I purchased a used Honda Pilot from a Toyota dealership, and everyone I've come in contact with has exceeded expectations. Starting with salesperson Anthony Tee, who was informative and helpful as though he was equiping his own family member with a vehicle and wanted to be sure, everything was good as can be. I was welcomed by Mr. Dan when I dropped off my vehicle for maintenance and inspection, and later by Mr. Stephen (I believe that was his name) when I picked up my keys.
