Had a 12:15 appt to get my snows on. 2:30 was just put on hoist! Now at 2:45 and it's still not ready! It literally took less time in emerg to get my broken arm taken care of! Finally on the road...no charge for labour so at least a recognition of the problem
Thought I'd wait a month or so to give my review. I knew what I was looking for but after searching quite a bit Upper James was the one that came through with a used vehicle that checked all the boxes. Joe Lima was very helpful and great to work with! Still loving the new (to me) Corolla iM and even though I live in Burlington I'll be going back to Upper James for my next car.

If you are booking an appointment just be aware they don't get your car in at the appointment time. You are placed in a queue. Car was booked for oil change at 515 and they told to wait 2hrs. Came back and it is now 745 and the car is still on the hoist. Would not recommend for service
