Trying to get in here
I visited this building yesterday. I had a bad experience with an older black woman who was very rude and had poor customer service skills. This is the first person you interact with when you come in the building. It just wasn't a good look for this organization. I was taught to respect my elders so I just left and had to hold my tongue. Old or not I think whatever your age is you should at the very least talk to people with some respect when they enter this building.
I've been living here for 4 months and I love it here. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Its going on 7 months since me and my grandbaby moved in the Upper Falls apartments and we love our apartment, we are very excited about everything. It has everything that we've been looking for, there are places close by that I can take my grandbaby to go play, and everything is so close by, I used to live in the neighborhood and we are excited to be back in the neighborhood.
