We met Dr. Herman today for the first time. He was gentle with both my cats, although one showed her displeasure anyway. Sorry for the scratch, Doc! I felt like he offered his expert opinion and reviewed diagnostic and treatment options in a professional manner. The front desk and tech staff are also super friendly and nice. What more can you ask for?
Dr. Herman is so knowlegible , honest , patient and an excellent communicator ! He and the vet tech Sam were wonderful with my dog ! Jeanette , at reception , was welcoming.
Upper East Side Animal Hospital is where I've taken my Bichon Frise for the past four years. We met Dr. Herman this past weekend and were so pleased by his warm and compassionate manner. He not only calms the pets in his care, but also the pet parents who are just as nervous. The staff here is helpful, friendly, funny and most welcoming. We will definitely continue to go to Upper East Side Animal Hospital.
Dr. Herman was awesome! My Lucy can be a little temperamental but she loved him and Matt (the Vet tech). I am so glad I found a vet I trust and feel comfortable with. The girl at the front desk was lovely. I will for sure recommend them to anyone and I’ll be coming back! �
