I do not recommend renting from this company unless it is the only apartment you can afford. When I rented, I did not have a woking refrigerator until a week after I moved in, so I could not have groceries. They shut off the air conditioning between the months of November to March, so you're out of luck if it gets hot. In Texas, the weather is just too unpredictable to do that to a tenant.
