We had an amazing experience with Robert at Upper Deckz! They were so responsive, reasonably priced, and completed the work quickly. They provided a detailed quote, kept us updated about the timeline (lots of rain caused a tiny delay in start date), and the quality of work was excellent. We ran into an issue once the deck was removed -- they found rotten siding on the house that I didn't know about. Robert sent good pictures and was able to handle it for a reasonable price. Upperdeckz came out and repaired our 6x6 post on our deck to bring them up to code and safe. This is a great company communicated, showed up on time and did what they said they where going to do! 100% recommend!!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! One of our locations was in an emergency need for the ramp entrance into our office. It was truly a miracle for me to find a professional in a short notice situation. Our office is open 6 days a week, therefore, Sunday was the only day we could schedule. All I can say is what an amazing experience and job this company has done with rebuilding my deck for my rental property. From durability, to professionalism and accountability one would be a fool to look elsewhere when looking for quality, affordable and efficient deck service.
