I saw this salon had great reviews so I booked an appt to get my hair colored. I did not want it cut as I was trying to grow it out. But unfortunately, my hair was fried in the process of coloring and the lady had to cut it (to get the fried ends off and do damage control). This was back in December and my hair is finally looking a little healthier after a lot of TLC. I will not be returning to this salon.

The owner of this salon is very nice, and gives a great haircut. She has won me over from fantastic sams and other chain hair salons. But unfortunately this is the 3rd time I’ve driven to her location and have found the lights off and doors locked, even though I show up during her posted business hours. I don’t often give reviews and I especially don’t go out of my way to give 3 star reviews, but it is very inconvenient that this has happened THREE times.
