Korey gave me the best clipper cut and she gave me exactly what I asked for, I will definitely go back!
Terrible customer service! Tried to call to make an appointment and woman on the phone was completely unhelpful/rude. I could tell she was annoyed and she even told me, “I’m busy right now,call back when you have it figured out” Meanwhile, I am trying to tell her dates and times that work for us. If you’re busy send the phone to voicemail, don’t pick up and be rude when I am just trying to make an appointment.
Joyce has a great crew and wonderful customer service. I love my haircut. She listens to what you want. My hairdresser in Katy retired so I am thrilled I found a new hairdresser so close.
Best shop in town! Sweetest people! Have been going there for years.
