We recently began service with Upper Crust. We have been pleased with the quality and speed of cleaning so far. With that said, the two gals who came last Friday were exceptional. We have been so very pleased with Upper Crust, but they leveled it up even more. My youngest daughter pointed to the living room carpet and said, “look mom, look what they did with the carpet!”. She liked the angles of vacuuming - attention to detail. Everything is pristine and it was wonderful to come home to at the end of the week.
I love Kris. She has cleaned our house for quite some time and always does a great job! We almost always have Kris, unless she’s on vacation She’ll do extra little things I don’t even ask for, which is always a nice surprise! I’ve gotten to know her over the years and consider her more of a friend then someone who cleans our house.
I've used Upper Crust Cleaning for years. I live in North Bend, WA and use the cleaning service monthly for our 2,350 sq ft home. The service I've received is excellent! Pretty much every cleaning I've received has been perfect. They do a very thorough job in a very reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. If I ever have a concern, I'm able to reach the owner, Marie, by phone or email and my concern is taken seriously and immediately addressed and corrected.
