Pretty average service tried to get a phone consultation to have a script repeated that I need and the receptionist is happy to make me wait for 4 days for this when I advised I was nearly out she said to come in ( unable to get away from work ! Thus needing a phone consultation !! ) or wait so I asked was there anything we can do and still said no happy to let me go Great work time for a new GP practice !
Was a great experience, Jacob was looked after promptly and even though he had to have 5 stitches, he never felt much pain and the Dr was extremely good and professional putting Jacob at ease
Great experience from start to finish! Irene and the girls are friendly and efficient and Dr Karim is a good listener plus very experienced doctor.
