Enormous waiting lists and rushed impersonal treatment. Staff are very polite, doctor are very polite; but at the end of the day, P&Q’s don’t save lives and prescribe+diagnose properly. True intuition and sincerity seem to be seriously lacking to the point of complacency. Like, you may as well have a robot doctor tbh
Great practice and friendly doctors and staff. Very, very happy with today as they were running behind and decided to bring my speedy appointment forward so I wouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for my “turn” in the queue. It’s noticing things like this and making decisions like this that make a huge difference.
