Reception is always professional, polite, and welcoming. Sadly, the appointments are consistently delayed by 20–30 minutes every visit. I try to minimise wait times by booking the first slot of the day or immediately after lunch, but the doctor still arrives late. Having to take time away from work to wait 30 minutes for a brief 3- minute appointment is very frustrating, particularly when the delay is never acknowledged. An apology for keeping patients waiting would make a difference, being more on time would be better.
Good doctors very friendly pleasant staff nurse is terrific thankyou
The ladies on the reception are wonderful great service friendly and the doctor was very thorough
Great doctors and the team at reception is always wonderful to deal with, they go the extra mile to fit you in. Every single time.
Thank dr karim and dr rashid, you are both very well appreciated as our family doctors
