RecommendedBoth during and after my pregnancy, I have always felt heard. They do their best to address your concerns and I have always had ease when contacting them.
Been trying to get ahold of the doctor I saw last week for a prescription. It's been constant phone tag, instead of simply sending my prescription to my pharmacy on file.
If you don't mind calling 6-7 times for someone to answer a phone, and don't mind talking to rude office staff who has absolutely no idea what they're doing, than this place is for you!! The customer service is DEPLORABLE. Anytime I need testing done I literally have to track down my doctor and ask her to order the test for me so I can schedule them in the appropriate time frame. They never answer the phone.....you always have to leave a voicemail and hope you get a return phone call. I've never experienced this with any drs office! As a matter of fact, when I worked for a drs office, we would get reprimanded if we missed a single call during office hours! Very unprofessional considering the amount of people at the front desk �
Arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and couldn't be seen.
Best group of doctors ever! They are always willing to help, listen, and make me laugh.
Ignorant, biased and discriminatory behavior! I miss the old office.
