I visited the center on 12/20. I was experiencing symptoms of a stroke. The staff was so professional and kind. They administered every test imaginable. Thank God everything was ok. I want to give a Special thank you to Nurse Evelyn. I've never met a more sweet soul in my life. She catered to me, my husband and daughter like we were first in her home. She made sure that we were comfortable. She gave us snacks and drinks. I hope and pray that Nurse Evelyn understands that God has blessed her with warmth and compassion.
The doctors and nurse are a 5, the staff are so so many calls and voicemails barely ever get answered how am I going to receive treatments and medication if I can’t get ahold of them these are things I need to live.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was a patient here in 2022. My insurance NEVER changed. The only thing that changed was my last name because I got married in March 2022. Now I am still being billed for $349.00. I have called this office numerous times regarding this bill and I have advised them that they need to bill the specific insurance company because of my name change, even though the Insurance Member ID Numbers NEVER CHANGED!
