The front desk staff was unhelpful. Insisted I must see a provider who was no longer active with my insurance and wouldn’t listen when told otherwise. They stated they didn’t get my referral when I have a fax transaction report showing they did. I was told my doctor must send the referral directly when that’s not how my insurance has worked in the 18 years I have had them. I also did not have this issue when I was seen 1 year ago.
