Most nurses, docs and even a few patients were incredibly kind and caring. They truly want what is best for their patient. I feel safe returning to their program.
I've been here a few times and always had an excellent experience. The office staff is kind and helpful. Audrey Forka (Nurse Practitioner) met with me for over an hour and was very thorough. For example, instead of just saying "Okay you feel anxious so you have anxiety", she tries to get to the root of the problem or figure out if the anxiety is a symptom of something else. Other psychiatrists I've met with have just assessed me for 1 thing instead of looking at the bigger picture.
