I have owned a few Chevys and have the choice of dealers to go to have maintenance on the vehicle completed. Upper Canada Chevrolet is my choice.
Ran into some mechanical issues with our 4 wheel drive system while on our vacation and put in a call for assistance. Shawn in service was quick to squeeze us in, provided friendly service, and had us back on the road in short order. Thank you!!
Had an awesome experience here. Scheduled maintenance service, recall, oil change, noise investigation and tire patch, booked last minute and found the price very affordable. Flawless customer service when booking appointment, called and within 2 hours of dropping vehicle off to let me know what work was done, “to ease my mind on my trip for the weekend”. Found them to be very honest people. I will definitely be returning.

My experience with Upper Canada Chevrolet was extremely disappointing. The vehicle advertised on Facebook was presented in a way that I found misleading, and the information provided did not match what was discussed when I contacted the dealership. When I made a reasonable trade-in offer, the owner responded with rude and unprofessional language instead of treating a potential customer with respect.
