If there is a zero or negative rating, this place absolutely deserves it - totally unprofessional and irresponsible. They called me about my appointment 2 months ago and never mentioned about what procedure, if any, was to be performed so I thought it was just for consultation. It was 2 days before the appointment when they called again to let me know I needed to prepare for a scoping procedure. They employed incompetent Dr. Thirakatu Abraham and anesthesiologist Lori Ann Noyhar who caused me sever injuries,,, since there's no oversight and they hire dangerous quacks and if you value your health DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC, I even have phone recordings , Abraham retired after my complaint to the board , noyhar still works at Scarborough centenary hospital
I've had two procedures at this clinic and the second was so horrible that I will specifically refuse to use this clinic ever again, both due to administrative failures and mistreatment by my surgeon. The clinic *called me* to tell me that I was required to schedule my second procedure 3 years after my first one. I went through all of the difficulty to schedule time for this surgery prep and recovery time off of work, not to mention the unpleasant process of that prep, only to arrive at the office the morning of the procedur... read more
