I have been with this company for roughly 4 years. I have paid over $10,000 in oil furnace services. For the first time in February 2025, I had oil run out and needed an emergency backup. The receptionist mentioned the service provider was going to come the next day. No one showed up, so I called again on Thursday, and I left a voice mail, and no one replied until Friday. The receptionist along with Bobby Jo are for the streets with their money hungry hustling ways of not providing service timely, slapping an "emergency charge" and harassing you for the money. Worst company ever with their entitled attitudes and ignorance. My husband asked for the date that they are claiming they put the call through yet she had the audacity to bark at my husband. If I could zero stars I would.
I called Dan today and he was so helpful, even I did not buy oil from them as I need small amount less than there minimum quantity, he guides me on how to get temporary solution until I change my system
