I've used Upper Canada Elevators 3 or 4 times now, I've always been pleased with their Service. Very professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them for your residential elevator repairs.
Overall good work, but the tech work is not connected to providing an estimate in advance, which is an issue. I can also confirm (Aug 2025) that I was told on the phone by their senior staff that their hourly is now $228 / hour and they charge a 2 hour minimum if called to visit/repair. This would be hard to swallow if it's a minor issue. In the end, I had a stopper plate put on (1 hour at 228 for likely 10-15 minutes of work certainly under 30 mins, parts 70) and a regular maintenance (180), for total parts / labour at $478... read more
Not sure about their work but I will say that some of their drivers need to refresh their driving course. Erratic and rude
Sam and Dan came to my home to remove a telecab elevator. They came to work and not sit around. They were done in 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even built a floor plug to cover the open space. They were here a long time ago to rewire the entire machine and did a great job back then too. They deserve credit for coming in doing their job at a reasonable price THANK YOU
