I have lived in this apartment building for over 15 years. I did have problems with very small ants but they are going now. No cockroaches. I am on the 27th floor. The balcony has been resurfaced, the outside of my apartment has been resurfaced, new windows, new bathroom tiles and bathtub. I am in a junior one bedroom. I don't have a mould problem. As long as you keep your place clean and food off the counters I think that discourages any bugs. I also have ripping around my door to keep anything from coming in. But I haven't... read more
The cleaning staff are often unprofessional and discourteous. They do not greet residents and frequently ignore us. They also stop the elevator for cleaning during the busiest morning rush hour without prior notice, which causes significant inconvenience. None of the staff members speak English, and when we try to ask about apartment-related concerns, we are unable to receive assistance due to the language barrier. Jus gotta say, most of the people on here giving 1 star reveiws and saying stuff like "i would have givin it a 0 star if i could" are people who just like to complain and are not satisfied by anything, ive never seen any Roaches in my apartment, and also definitely no mold, and they keep up with cleaning it every day, the staff are polite and though there are people that may have mental disabilities they are nice people and i havent had any unsafe or uncomfortable encounters with any of them, so some people on here just need... read more

do not rent here, terrible management, roach infestation for a extremely high price :D
