Just a disgusting building all around. The staff don’t care about anything, the elevator never works, and the cherry on top….. ROACHES everywhere. They take their sweet little time sending an exterminator who is there for less than a few minutes. Over and over you have to have your place exterminated. How they allow this type of roach problem to go on is just unhealthy and uninhabitable. People need to stop paying rent to these dirty people who expect you to have roaches crawling all over your things and living in your bed.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! I was here for almost a year they raised the price each month while the condition of the building got worse each month. Roaches are everywhere absolutely everywhere, the toilet always smells and construction is 24/7 365 it never stops. Dont even get me started on the office staff, specifically Anna she is one of the rudest people ive ever came across in my life.
Filthy building, the staff are very rude. I looked at 1 unit, broken doors, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom and closets one of the worst buildings Ive seen.
Unfortunately this one star is forced as I need to write a review. On Friday 10th April I had a confirmed 6pm appointment at 160 Erskine Avenue. I arrived at 5:30pm. Called the rental office and James transferred me to an internal number. The man on the other line rudely told me that I'm late without even checking my timing and name. When I mentioned I'm early and have an appointment his time changed and he gave me the number of the onsite manager.
