I was supposed to have a showing for a 2BR unit at 160 Erskine, and they told me that it was already rented once I showed up. Lady in the rental office could not have been more dismissive. The fact that this company employs this type of front line staff is beyond me. Never got an email, just showed up to a complete waste of time. Excellent first (and last) impression!
the staff here are ridiculous. they constantly have 3 out of 4 elevators as “service elevators” for staff use so the whole building uses ONE elevator. it takes 10+ mins to come and stops at every single floor going down. its made me miss busses and be late for work and classes more than once. its also taken over a year to get a replacement fridge. mine broke and the temporary one they gave me doesnt fit in the kitchen so theres been a giant fridge in my living room for a year. at this point they dont reply to my emails about... read more
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the rental office. Over the past week, I have visited four times to rent a parking space, but each time I was either refused or told to come back another day. I explained that I work and this is the only time I can come, but I was still refused because they claimed to be “busy,” even though I was the only person there. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the work of the rental office. When I inquired about parking, I was told that the person responsible was not available, and no assistance was provided. My wife went several times, but she was also refused. Because of such treatment, we still do not have parking. Steer away from this building. It’s a terrible terrible building. The worst by far I’ve ever lived on. The fire alarm sound goes off at least once a week, it’s loud and disruptive. I’ve had the alarm go off at 11pm one day due to a supposed malfunction and they wouldn’t fix it. I’ve seen roaches everywhere, and at this point, I strongly think the building infested with them.
