Worst office staff around. Left multiple messages less then 24 hours post op, and no return calls even from the office manager. Everyone I spoke to stated “ it’s not my problem and I have no way of getting ahold of the dr” not an ok response when surgery was day before. Would never recommend them.
the wait is obsurd. dont over book or schedule within your pace. adding people you can not handle is almost insuance fraud. people plan their days with appts in mind and it is disrespectful to make them wait an hour to be seen after the scheduled appt time.
had a long wait in waiting room, but TOTALLY WORTH IT! Dr. Weidner was great. He took time to listen and explain. I walked out with a shot and follow up appointment. First time I've ever looked forward to a follow up visit!

I got an appointment quickly on the phone, they were very helpful in letting me know exactly what to expect when I arrived and what questions I should be prepared to answer. My day of appointment (today) went exactly as described. When they were unable to obtain my x rays from Jefferson, I was x rayed right there and it only added a few minutes to my visit. I have been in PA a short time and the people, from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctor are fantastic. I have found the people in PA somewhat standoffish but these people at Upper Bucks smashed that conception to pieces. Fantastic....
i recommend this doctors office. The doctor was very good. receptionists and xray team were very good and nice.
Thanks so much to this great staff! My daughter had just broken her foot and they waited for us to get there as they were closing for the day to get her 'all fixed up' before the weekend! So greatly appreciated! You gave her and all of us peace of mind that it would be ok! Made it such a much better weekend without the worrying of next steps! Thank you again!
