Absolutely terrible terrible service....Lady on the phone is absurdly rude, and replacing parts without customer authorization?!!? What kind of shop is this? Dont go here unless you thoroughly enjoy being scammed and talked down on. What a shameful waste of shop space.
I have been meaning to write this review for quite awhile! We purchased a used car from UB Auto in November. The experience was amazing-the customer service was impeccable through awaiting the settlement with the insurance company for our previous vehicle. They made a potentially stressful situation easy. Nikita was wonderful to deal with. Having driven the vehicle for 4 months now, I can honestly say it is the best used car we have ever owned in terms of performance.
