I had a very disappointing first experience with Upper Beach Health. Booking should have been simple, but instead I received five separate voicemails from different receptionists over the course of a weekend. Rather than feeling cared for, I felt overwhelmed and harassed. Great chiropractor
UBHW's chiropractic approach is hands on and designed to get you back on your feet. As a 6'6" guy, I am used to back issues and rely on UBHW when I have an issue. That said, with their guidance and my commitment, I am building and learning how to use a solid core

A new neighbourhood favorite for me. Adrienne is so warm and welcoming as she greets you, and I’ve had amazing massage sessions with Cory and Samantha. Cory is super knowledgeable about musculature; he will find all the knots and work them out, and gave me wonderfully tailored exercises after the session. Sam also does craniosacral therapy and her hands are just magical, therapeutic and relaxing. I’m quite picky about massage therapists and good ones are hard to come by; but I can highly recommend these folks!!
