Kate did a awesome massage with a mixture of Cranio, helped me feel much better after each session.
I've visited Upper Beach Health & Wellness a few times for a much-needed prenatal massage. Sam is great at what she does, helping you feel comfortable and ensuring to treat any problem areas (even if you're not quite sure where they are stemming from). It's easy to book online and you can even add yourself to a wait list if you want to get in for a last-minute appointment. Would highly recommend.
Amazing staff, any back problems whatsoever go and see Sayli, you will crawl in and dance out!
