Receptionists here are very rude and not very helpful at all. I had a wonderful therapist here and she left to another company. From how the other staff has spoken to me, I don't blame her for leaving.

My husband and I have been treated for the last three years here and have had great results. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They have made a significant difference for both of us.

I go to the havre de Grace upper bay, but let me explain why you should avoid them anyways. I'm seriously getting sick of upper bay. The front desk and therapists seem to be uncommunicative, psychiatrists won't diagnose me with something bc he WANTS ME TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A GUN when I shouldn't be able to, therapists won't answer their phone or call back for a few days, and they showed no haste when it came to doing paperwork I needed so I WON'T BECOME HOMELESS. For children, ineffective counselors who are clearly there for a paycheck and nothing else. The counselors automatically blame parents for children’s issues (regardless of how large or small the issue is) and spend a great deal of time discussing this with the children instead of helping them with their behaviors. They are quick to call authorities and do not like to include parents in any aspect of the counseling. I would STRONGLY discourage using this group.
