It took me so long to write a review because of my disappointment In Ohio health rehab. Have you ever been so heartbroken, you just give up? My mom had a stroke almost a year ago, she was inpatient rehab then told to go to outpatient rehab. Well fast forward she was told to do outpatient. She had amazing therapists. I have suffered a Stroke and all the employees are AWESOME. Helping me get back all I can...but in "my time". Thank you...
Giving this facility 4 stars only because of their frustrating scheduling practices. After our first visit we scheduled out a couple of weeks but their policy is that they will only schedule out a couple of weeks. This is very frustrating for caretakers who have other commitments because it’s very hard to get consistent appointment times that will fit around work, etc. We had to get special permission from our therapist to schedule our further, and even then they would only print out two weeks of appointments at once when we... read more
