The physicians and staff at Upper Arlington Primary Care are committed to their patient’s health and well-being. Leading by example, their team works to bring those whom they serve their very best, every day.
As a life-long resident of Upper Arlington (4 generations of family) and a former patient of the practice that was originally housed in this building, I am very concerned and disappointed that a regional manager can discharge a patient without proper explantion and or notification. I am not versed in medical ethics, policies and procedures, but this seems quite unethical. I would be leary that my best interests are NOT at heart. I highly recommend a change in policy. Thank you!
Any practice that would drop a patient, without legally binding cause, during a pandemic is the definition of unethical.
