Always been so good to my son. Sad that our doctor left the practice because he had seen my son since he was an infant . Only thing I would prefer is to be more proactive in reminding of appointments- it may just be me but it seems like I am always rescheduling or finding out through MyChart that my son is due for a shot or something crucial. I love the care we receive here. Haley Guggenheim, PA takes such great care of our girl. She is extremely thorough and patient.
Update: since my original review the original physicians have retired. I think the new physician Dr Nikki is very nice and caring but she is inexperienced and not thorough in her physical exams. Their nursing staff is awful. I haven’t been happy with their nursing staff since nurse Nancy retired, one in particular, Kylie. We had a horrendous experience with vaccination today. I explicitly told her my son needs to be talked thru things and not to sneak up on him. She refused to listen and ended up injuring him. The vaccinatio... read more
We love Upper Arlington Pediatrics. We have been bringing our child here since she was born. They are always reassuring for us as new parents. Dr Wurm is always super responsive on MyChart and is always super nice to our child. He always explains what he’s doing and what any issues might be.
