Alex was great!
Alex was so prompt and friendly. He installed two heavy-duty torturing springs on our garage door to replace the broken one. He educated me on the hinges which are cracked and need replaced. He lubed everything up and also repaired the wall mount where the previous repair man did not pre drill and the 2x4 was cracked from the weight of the door. Alex was lovely to communicate with and highly efficient.
