We booked a family doctor appointment with Dr. Usmani, but unfortunately had to miss it because I was unwell with a fever and sore throat. We attempted to contact the clinic multiple times — once the day before and twice on the day of the appointment — but no one answered our calls. Later, we received a rude call regarding the missed appointment and were informed that Dr. Usmani does not allow rescheduled appointments. The clinic also denied receiving any of our calls.
