I had a great experience at Uponavon Nail Salon, especially during the busy pre-holiday rush. The salon was very clean, well organized, and ran so smoothly, with all the artists working together seamlessly. May was my nail artist and was incredibly attentive to detail, making sure I never felt rushed and that everyone received equal care.
My favorite nail salon. They go above and beyond to accommodate my nail design requests and even if they’re not sure how to accomplish it they team up and figure it out and then aren’t satisfied until I am. The separate massage area is a great feature and Peter gives the best massage in town! Highly recommend!
Very clean, friendly staff, nice pedicure, great massage
I do not understand why people like this place. They are a turn them and burn them type. Like a factory, in and out. Make you feel bad if you don’t pay with cash. I waited 17 mins waiting for my “free massage” after my service-no one ever came. There is no quality. I do not recommend.
I drove my wife and daughter to an appointment at Uponavon, planning on scrolling on my phone and waiting for them to be done. But they talked me into getting a pedicure and massage. It was excellent! Since then I have returned for many more services! The staff are excellent and truly want you to have a good experience! I highly recommend Uponavon to everyone!
