Just don't come here your in the waiting room for hours. If it a life threatening they don't care. There been a few patients in sever pain folded over the doctors ,nurse don't care what so ever. Go to the keyser emergency room at least keyser. cares more about ppl. At the Cumberland emergency room there was a staff member asking my son if he has each organ felted like the women was trying to mark people of who body parts she can take. That staff member needs to be fired you just don't do that to anyone

I've been here all day. There is a patient here in severe pain and the front desk staff are getting annoyed when I ask them to get her some pain killers and they don't seem to be taking her health seriously. She is laying on a seat heaving and hurting. They refuse to do anything without a Doctor's say.
Tonight was one of the busiest nights at the Emergency room UPMC, the nurses and Dr's were amazing under pressure, doing their best and the Dr that saw my son was absolutely amazing, patient, kind and definitely really cared♡ even got a second opinion. I respect that, and really want to thank the Dr's and nurses and everybody involved. Good job yall. Highly recommended.
okay so i want to say that i received very good care, i came in super sick and thought i was drugged or something during a date but was just ill. initially i would have given you guys 4 stars simply because i had to wait like 8 hours for water and you guys made me use a bed pan when i was capable of walking to the bathroom. however- your discharge nurse Kristi was excellent in checking up on me afterwards, she went absolutely above and beyond to find me continued care. she helped me schedule appointments and find specialty d... read more
