Awful care
WORST HOSPITAL I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!
Called because im not sure if I'm having a heart attack or stroke or seizure and the lady on the phone was very rude. Im on four medications prescribed by my therapist that are giving me very bad adverse effects and the staff was rude and hung up on me. Every time im in this hospital I receive the most awful treatment and then they have the nerve to bill you a big bill when they didn't even help you.
Just don't come here your in the waiting room for hours. If it a life threatening they don't care. There been a few patients in sever pain folded over the doctors ,nurse don't care what so ever. Go to the keyser emergency room at least keyser. cares more about ppl. At the Cumberland emergency room there was a staff member asking my son if he has each organ felted like the women was trying to mark people of who body parts she can take. That staff member needs to be fired you just don't do that to anyone
