I have been a patient here for some time, but I am moving my care to a new practice due to the lack of communication and support. During my visits, I felt that my concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. My PCP was hostile, snappy, and visibly annoyed with me, which had me in tears. My father visits this place for his health care. The staff is very friendly. The Dr gives very good care and instructions for my father

I'm in my 40s and have seen many doctors. Dr. Wolfe is by far the best I've ever seen. She's caring, understanding, and listens. It's hard to find someone like that today.

Made a new patient appointment and had to wait 3 months just to get in which is already ridiculous in my opinion. Appointment day finally comes and I get there on time and only then was I told that I had to arrive 30 minutes early because it was a new patient appointment.. nobody at all told me that in the 3 months leading up to the appointment, not the UPMC app or the office themselves.
