Facility is nice. Friendly nurses. Those are my positive opinions. My Dr is another story. Stone faced, monotone, no empathy whatsoever. She judged me from day one. In my opinion it's because I don't have private insurance. If you don't have private insurance, I suggest you do research before considering Greenville Medical Center for a Dr.. I called the manager to bring my situation to to his awareness and he hasn't even called me back.

I like Dr. Myers, but she is chronically running late - VERY late - and her staff is not competent. Sorry, but there's no nice way to say it. I have to make multiple phone calls to get prescriptions phoned in or referrals sent. In fact, I no longer use this office for referrals because they simply don't send out the paperwork no many how many times you ask. The staff was friendly and quick. What I greatly disliked was that doctor walked took some info down and then was talking to me and then walked out of my room and was talking to the staff his quick diagnosis on me, since I heard him clearly I am quite sure the other patients in rooms very close heard him as well. Not very professional and wasn’t even going to take any testing to confirm his quick diagnosis until I asked him to. The medications I was given has not helped at all.

I had to have the same small filling done 3x in back of a front tooth. I was charge all three times over $120. Then 2 weeks after the third repair I was sent an invoiuce for an addditional $61, "they forgot to charge me" even though I was shown a quaote sheet ahead of time.I paid cash every time I went there... I will never go back there and I think they should be investifated by the state of PA for fraudulejnt billing and deceptive business practices

I was seen at the UPMC Urgent Care in Robinson today after sustaining an injury. I was treated very well by every staff member, from intake to the nurses & radiology. The PA that saw me, Lauren Marsh, was fantastic! I was treated and had an Orthopedic Sports Medicine consult at the Lemieux Sports Complex this afternoon, where I was seen by Dr. Sakr, who was also outstanding. I am fully impressed by my entire experience today. It definitely made a bad day easier. Thank you!

If you have to call this group, GOOD LUCK, ON HOLD UNTIL PHONE BATTERY WENT DEAD, THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME A PHONE CALL IS NEEDED, IT IS SAD THAT A CARDIAC PATIENT CAN NOT REACH ANYONE IN THE OFFICE EVEN IN AN EMERGENCY, LEAVING A MESSAGE DOESN'T WORK THEY DO NOT RETURN THE CALL, TOLD TO GO TO ER, WHO CAN AFFORD AN ER VISIT FOR ROUTINE VISIT

Dr. Ali and Karen are Magnificent!!!!!They are so willing yo help you and don't make you feel terrible when you have a medical condition or take medication that causes weight gain. They are kind and very helpful.
