Went in for shoulder pain to the point of can barely use my left arm. No X-ray just pushed on my shoulder and called a prescription of steroids in to the pharmacy. Place is a joke don't do anything to help just prescribe junk that doesn't do anything for pain.
I sat in the office explaining my symptoms. I explained how every year my ears get sore and hurt. I got told that since I said this happens every year with my ears I have allergies. She then proceeded to only look at my ears, disregarded every other symptom I mentioned, told me I need to take allergies medicine and then when I said I have been she said fine I’ll put you on steroids. And then left the room. Worst experience ever. Makes me wonder where these people got their medical licenses.
I had a cellulitis from hell that refused to heal, tried my docs office 1st but he had left at 2:30 for the day and I needed tx stat.....so then went to urgi care upmc in clarion...waited possibly 3 min b4 they called me back. So long I waited!!!! Anyway, it was a quick thorough exam, they called me in a med and off I went. The fastest er visit of any kind ever in my experiences! Kudos!!!!!🤗
BIG shout out to Carla and the entire team there. We were visiting from out of town and my son suffered a minor fracture on his wrist. We were seen immediately and everyone made us feel so at ease in a somewhat scary and unfamiliar situation. My son was treated so nicely and everyone was so friendly there for him. Sent on our way with a splint (thanks, Bob!) and stickers. We appreciate YOU all!
