I have insurance that is upmc charged me co pay and send me the full bill saying you don't have my if formation but knew what the co pay was
I stopped in today because I had an infected hangnail so my thumb was super swollen and in pain. Both nurses I interacted with were super nice and professional. I saved my spot online and got in right away. Don't let the parking lot scare you away, there is outpatient services in the same building so it looks packed but isn't. The doctor I saw was also kind and professional. I appreciate the positive and smooth experience.
There is never a time when going to urgent care is a desirable experience especially for little ones. I appreciated that they went out of their way to help make my daughters difficult day- seem a little better with simple gestures like a Pedialyte popsicle, and some stickers.
Short wait time; very pleasant and helpful staff.
