The staff was friendly and quick. What I greatly disliked was that doctor walked took some info down and then was talking to me and then walked out of my room and was talking to the staff his quick diagnosis on me, since I heard him clearly I am quite sure the other patients in rooms very close heard him as well. Not very professional and wasn’t even going to take any testing to confirm his quick diagnosis until I asked him to. The medications I was given has not helped at all.
I had a wonderful experience here from the moment I walked in till I walked out. I was seen for a small injury, and the whole staff was amazing! I was at the Harrisburg location which I found out just opened this month. I would highly recommend this place!
Last night @ 7:45 My Husband and I brought our Daughter in because she cut her finger at work. I am so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the wonderful bedside manner they showed us. She had to get stitches and even though they were ready to close, they never made us feel rushed. I would go there over the ER anytime. We are lucky to have such a wonderful Facility in Carlisle.
