if you dont stafff "providers" (is that like a doctor or a nurse or what even exactly?) then how do you expect your witing room to not be packed with people during the busyiest time. you said to me you have one "provider" working?? is that like a school nurse or something? you people are neglectful
Excellent attention to detail, friendly, quick, and thorough. They have taken care of me on multiple occasions.
Have accompanied my daughter, Best care my daughter has received for urgent care. Multiple visits.
I was in Frostburg visiting from out of town and had a medical issue come up unexpectedly. What a great experience I had at this urgent care! The staff was super professional and accommodating, I was seen quickly, the PA was knowledgeable and asked great questions... all around a positive experience when facing a bummer of a health issue in a strange town. Thank you!!
Please got there nobody was there literally the only thing the doctor did was look at my ears and my throat then decide to give me antibiotics for a viral infection literally was very dismissive and on top of that so was the old woman that works so that has a darker colored hair really rough of my arm when I have EDS. Do yourself a favor don't go here because they obviously do not give two s**** about people. I'm going to be contacting patient advocacy in the main UPMC hospital to report this behavior cuz this is unacceptabl... read more
