I would give less than one star but it wouldn't allow it. They switched my records with another patient. I called every day of the week before my colonoscopy to try to get my issue resolved. The day before I called and ask to speak to a supervisor. None was available all morning until I said I was sending a report to UPMC authorities. A supervisor was magically available then. Then they told me more stories that I don't believe.
