Dr Johnson is our physician and we have also seen Colleen Rath PA-C at security family medicine. The physicians along with their support staff go above and beyond to help us. They are very responsive, caring, informative, and preventative! They take the time to view the entire picture rather than a little part of it. They listen and guide us in our health management plans . We are very grateful for their expertise and guidance!
This was one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with the UPMC system. I have been a patient of UPMC since I move to this area over 15 years ago. This Nurse Practitioner Eli was more concerned about meeting his pharmaceutical sales quota than my medical needs. He tried to use manipulation tactics to get me to take a vaccine I did not need nor was I interested in taking. Dr Eli is a joke I mean joke if you want to call him a doctor or whatever he is i went in there with problems of not being able to stay awake and he did nothing to help said nothing he could do this is why them kind of people shouldn't be in a us office
Inviting small office with plenty of parking and a comfortable lobby, but there is practicqlly no wait time. Dr. Njeri is tops. He listens. His referrals and ongoing care have made a huge impact on my health this year. Very responsive office staff.
