Went there with my partner to get them rediagnosed with fibromyalgia after the military lost their medical records. Bro told us fibro doesn't exist. So I asked him if he could refer us to a different rheumatologist since he refused to even test them for it and he told us no. Said he didn't believe in it so he's going to refer us to a bunch of different specialists to try and find something else instead
I have no clue why folks are complaining about this practice. These people are attentive. Anything I need is taken care of ASAP. I've been on this journey since 2021. Don't let a few rotten apples. Ruin the whole bucket. Only reason I gave 4 stars. Because they got rid of Robin (Nurse Practioner I believe)who was working with me for years. 😔 Sn: Front desk has never ever been nasty. I'm shocked about that comment.
I was nervous after reading the previous reviews about this office. However my experience was nothing but positive and everyone was friendly and personable. Dr. Turkay was exceptional and took time to listen to my issues and concerns. I highly recommend this practice.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT HOW THIS OFFICE IS RUN. THE RECEPTIONIST WOMAN WAS VERY VERY NASTY AND WAS TELLING ME ABOUT MY BLOOD TEST RESULTS WHEN I DIDN'T ASK HER TO. SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHES DOING. SHE HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE. ALSO DR TURKAY IS TERRIBLE. HE DOESN'T HELP PATIENTS
Dr. Son was so kind and attentive. He definitely takes his patients seriously and takes his time listening.
