A really wonderful office. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They guided us through the process and streamlined things whenever helpful. Dr. James Son in particular was excellent. He was a true professional, a great listener, and clearly a fantastic physician.
Great place to get tested for allergies
The nurse that I had was not personable at all. I feared everyone was like this. The doctor, Sara, was very nice and explained things very well to me.
Have been happy with physician in his communication and care. Scheduler is rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness video appointments are applicable in my case for seeing and interacting with office staff is loathsome.
Went there with my partner to get them rediagnosed with fibromyalgia after the military lost their medical records. Bro told us fibro doesn't exist. So I asked him if he could refer us to a different rheumatologist since he refused to even test them for it and he told us no. Said he didn't believe in it so he's going to refer us to a bunch of different specialists to try and find something else instead
