I like this office. Just started going there. I saw Lori Johnson. Really like her.
The rudest place I’ve ever been. Will not go back. Always loved upmc but will never do another upmc anything! Dr didn’t even order correct medicine. Didn’t discuss anything. Didn’t listen to anything I said.
I don't understand why so many bad reviews. I use to go to Family health before here and I must say way better. The doctors and staff at UPMC Primary Care White Rose were excellent! The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to all my concerns. The staff were also very polite and also helpful. I didn't have to deal with a long wait either like some places. This place went above and beyond for my needs. Thank-you UPMC.
30 min to schedule appointment just to find out they don't use my insurance when I got there staffing sucks
They have a nice healthcare portal. That's it. Can't get appointments or prescriptions. Have had many appointments rescheduled and can't get needed prescriptions filled timely without begging.
