As many of the other reviewers have noted, when Family Health Assocaites was part of Wellspan, the doctors and office staff were wonderful. Since the transition to UPMC, the availability of doctors, the quality of care and the general state of the office staff is truly horrible.
Zero stars for this bunch of amateurs. What a pathetic excuse for a medical staff. I've been on depression medication for 30 years. when asked if I ever think about committing suicide, I replied rhat yes, I do. Its pretty common for someone thats suffering from depression. I just wanted my medication adjusted because I wasn't feeling well and I wanted a work note. while the assistant told me to wait until she talked to a real doctor, I knew something wasn't right. I guess they had some growing pains because now they are flat out nice and respectful. Seems the bad apples there are gone, thank goodness! They do blood work out of the same office now and post it up on your chart and call if anything needs attention. Fantastic
