My intense pain is being ignored. They refuse to believe that my flare up’s are causing LIFE ALTERING PAIN. I was given steroids for pain management, and told to take 3,000 MG of Tylenol a day. (Great for the liver huh?) I then told them that if they weren’t willing to understand my pain, I would be more than happy to bring my rearend INTO the office while having a flare up, crying/sobbing/screaming out. I have nothing but positive comments about UPMC Family Practice Rodney Road. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I have seen Dr. Murudkar for many years and enjoy my visits with her. I am confident in knowing I am receiving the best care each and every time. I have seen Chelsie Morrissey P.A. on several occasions. She is just wonderful. If I could give both providers 10 stars I would! .
I made a appointment 06/08/25. The appointment was 06/13/25 @ 9:25. No message or text to me .That Dr Johnson called in sick. I arrived at 9:15. This is when I found out.That the appointment was cancel. Very poor receptionist. She asked me to take a seat. She was going to try and fit me in. I set there for 15 more minutes.
