I see CRNP April Holtry, and she is AMAZING. you can truly tell she cares, and will listen to your concerns and make sure you understand. finding this office has been my biggest blessing, i never feel like a burden or rushed, she takes her time and genuinely cares. the nurses and office staff are super kind as well! I would definitely recommend this office.
I used to have no issues with this facility. This is where I finally got answers to the ongoing issues my other provider failed me with. However, this isn't the case now. I sent in a prescription request for two medications on Sept. 1st. I had to follow up through the portal and various phone calls to get them to fill it. On the 10th they finally filled the medications (supposedly) At that point I had run out of one of my medications.
