I understand why such a low review, got a taste of it today but not a second time! The young receptionist at the window with no personality needs to understand customer service.
If I could rate this facility 0 stars, I would. This is NOT my first issue with waiting over an hour at this office. I had a virtual appointment earlier this month for a time sensitive thing that needed to be sent to insurance by a certain date. I made this appointment in November 2025. I checked in and went through the microphone and video test to make sure it worked. Then I was able to join the call, which I joined successfully. I had to change my medical insurance information because it was mandatory. I made repeated calls to schedule an appointment, but I couldn’t get one. So, made an appointment elsewhere.
