This review should be a 0 star. The dr is always late ending in you waiting for 1.5 to 2 hours to be seen and when you try to explain something to the Dr they act like it's never there fault and tell you to not schedule anything for that time. This is totally not acceptable and the patients should be treated as such not just a number or for the money and they wonder why everyone is leaving them. I have never been treated like this from any other providers office. Totally wrong!
Very happy with the care we have received. Would definitely recommend for primary care. We have had many issues with our insurance deciding to not cover medication anymore when it was always covered in the past. The staff worked very hard to help us with this battle.
I understand why such a low review, got a taste of it today but not a second time! The young receptionist at the window with no personality needs to understand customer service.
If I could rate this facility 0 stars, I would. This is NOT my first issue with waiting over an hour at this office. I had a virtual appointment earlier this month for a time sensitive thing that needed to be sent to insurance by a certain date. I made this appointment in November 2025. I checked in and went through the microphone and video test to make sure it worked. Then I was able to join the call, which I joined successfully.
