The provider that I had was judgemental and had zero empathy for my pain. Had a solid treatment plan that was working at prior clinic but it closed and I was forced to be seen here. I decided I'll learn to live with the pain instead of being subjected to staff pushing SSRI or Lyrica for treatment despite me explaining i dont tolerate these class of meds. I would not send my dogs here for pain management..
Dr.Sandhu is the best and Racheal is awesome I love the nurses and enjoy the care I receive they really do listen to how you feel and make a plan to assess the health issues!!!! Thanks so much for being great Doctors!!!!
Love the staff, the nurses here are the best I've had take care of me!!!! Dr. Sandhu is great doctor he's patient and listens to you. The best pain management facility I've been to. I see a lot of doc's and good care is of great importance to me and these folks get that. I highly recommend. Thank you all for being so great and doing what you do.
While the doctor is friendly and professional. They do not respond to messages on the upmc portal app. This is a problem because some of us arent able to call during work hours for many reasons. Also i had an insurance issue, and asked them to contact my insurance so an appeal could be expedited. They never did, therefor i lost my appointment on april 24th, had to wait 30 days, insurance approved it, and now the only available slot is july 6th.
