Its always an issue getting refills and trying to call to get ahold of someone about anything. A lot of the staff is clueless and rude. If you cancel an appointment your looking at wait at least another 6 months to get another one. I wish I could go else where.

Worst Place i have ever been too. Changed my appt. From York to Lancaster without me knowing..
When calling for a new patient appointment, I was informed that because I was on insulin twice a day, and had received a Type 1 diagnosis years ago, that I'm not necessarily a diabetic. Wow that's a load off my mind, I mean all those pesky doctors appts, and thousands spent on insulin were such a waste. Maybe let's not have the triggered non binary person give out medical advice when thier androgynous voice was mistaken for a male.
