My appointment are prompt and my case was reviewed in detail. I was given medication options with long term solutions. Side effects were discussed in detail and my previous medication experiences were taken into account. I was even given next steps if the medication wasn't effective or tolerable. I have major pain issues due to a shattered T12 along with other spinal issues and nerve damage. I've been dealing with this for 18 years. What more could you want from a pain clinic?!
Have recently been referred here for pain management for neck and spine issues. I absolutely love going here. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly. Had a cervical epidural injection today that went very well. I like how the do what I want and need for pain management.
I was referred to see a pain psychologist after being honest during a neuropsych screening for a spinal cord stimulator. Spinal cord injury patient who not only has damaged nerves, but nerves constricted and twisted in the scar tissue that formed after my decompression surgery. Instead of instructing me on how the "pain psychology" process works, I was thrown literature and resources to do it on my own time.
