Absolutely the worst experience ever. After waiting MONTHS for an appointment for my father to be seen by a neurologist here who suffers from extreme Alzheimers and dementia, we walk in only to be told we don't have an appointment. Why? Because evidently they called my elderly, dementia father who told them he doesn't remember the appointment and cancelled it. WHO CALLS A DEMENTIA PATIENT AND ALLOWS THEM TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?! I can't get to anyone on the phone. I leave voicemails and no one ever calls me back to schedule my new patient appointment. Last VM was 5/7 and it's now the 21st - zero response.
