This place should not even be open you go get an x-ray and you wait and you wait and you wait while you’re in severe pain for five days. I don’t understand how nobody has seen it for five days still no results.
Front desk old woman here don’t know how to do her job, i asksd her questions about a TB test an chest xray but she acted like she did not want to tell me, waisted my time on the call for no reasons
I went in on 11/25/25 morning for a chest X-ray, after 2 days I still have no results. Although this is much closer to my home, I will drive to UPMC East in the future as I get results usually by end of day.
I was told to have a test as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting over a week to have the results!
