Front desk old woman here don’t know how to do her job, i asksd her questions about a TB test an chest xray but she acted like she did not want to tell me, waisted my time on the call for no reasons
I went in on 11/25/25 morning for a chest X-ray, after 2 days I still have no results. Although this is much closer to my home, I will drive to UPMC East in the future as I get results usually by end of day.
I was told to have a test as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting over a week to have the results!
Dr. Smith was so nice & helpful
No empathy whatsoever. I waited months for an appointment only for them to reschedule me because my Uber was late by about 5 minutes.
