had a 3rd phenomenal phlebotomist experience there today. There's was over an hour wait for walk in, no apmnt availability despite attempting to make an apmnt @8am, and im still leaving thrilled, 3 orders completed on the 1st try with 0 bruising thus far. The skills ive seen this office has are totally worth waiting patiently for! (+add heat. Applying a hot hands helps so much!) - a star for patient lobby maintenance.
