Called about a sick 1 year old with a fever over 104. We were told the pediatrician will call us back, waited over a couple hours and called again. Told by the receptionist that the pediatrician will call us. They never called. We are going back to Hershey and this place hopefully goes out of business.

Had a bad experience 3 years ago when scheduling an appt, never got a reminder or confirmation. Thought I'd give them a second chance for a specialist, and waited 6 MONTHS for an appt. This time I did get an email confirmation. I show up the day of, they told me it was canceled because they didn't get records from my PCP. No calls, texts, or emails to me or my PCP. 6 months of my time wasted, when I could have had answers for my chronic illness. Now I will have to wait another 6 months to get in elsewhere. If I could give this zero I would. Service was great and the staff were friendly. The problem is after more than 3 months post MRI, I still do not have my results. I tried calling and was told to talk to my doctor over and over- which would help nothing. My doctor called FIVE times and FIVE times was told they’d “expedite” it. I went in person a few days ago and was told once again that “you need to talk to your doctor”. INFURIATING.
