If I could give this zero I would. Service was great and the staff were friendly. The problem is after more than 3 months post MRI, I still do not have my results. I tried calling and was told to talk to my doctor over and over- which would help nothing. My doctor called FIVE times and FIVE times was told they’d “expedite” it. I went in person a few days ago and was told once again that “you need to talk to your doctor”. INFURIATING. Ridiculous amount of time waiting in line at 630am.and it took 38 into check in. Apparently they got a new system and the front desk didn't get good training.
