Brought my grandmother in for a wellness visit and got told they didn't have time to discuss her problems. Also got told she couldn't have her pain pills that she's been getting for years because they didn't have a paper filed. Which was not my grandmother's fault but there's. There are a few great people there but the doctors suck and they don't ever want to help. Please do yourself a favor and find some where else to go. This is not the place to go for any sort of care.
My doctor used to be doctor Sagar, he did nothing but lie to me. I finally got a good doctor, doctor mcgovern and now she's leaving. I pray that the next doctor they stick me with knows what they are talking about. I come from a family with medical background And sometimes feel i know how to take care of myself Better than they do.
Please clarify your hours. I checked the website before going there for lab work. It said that they were open until 5. When I got there, I found out that they closed at 4. I wasn't the only one. Another person arrived right after me. She also thought that they were open until 5.
I don’t understand why it takes not 1,2 or even 3 freaking Days (if not longer ) asking for the doctor to call in my medicine or for a pre authorization and nothing after more then 48 hrs!! Hell sometimes it’s over 5 days and me calling everyday asking for them to leave a message to the doctor to get it looked into and I get I will put a message through in a different way hoping the doctor responds totally unacceptable!!!! Went for bloodtest. Told nurse I needed a butterfly needle. She said they were short of them and only used when they had to. After 3 unsuccessful and painful tries on my right arm she moved over to my left arm. Totally disregarded what I told her with an attitude. Worse experience ever!!! She was uncaring and unkind. I am 71 years old and this has never happened before. I will change to Geisinger in the future.
